  1. What do I need to bring to my appointment?

    - Current Insurance Card

  2. What are the office hours?

    McBride outpatient clinical offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

    If you have a medical emergency after hours, the McBride Orthopedic Hospital Emergency Room, located at 9600 Broadway Ext, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ER: (405) 486-2140.

     

     

  3. Where do I park at the North OKC location?
     

    Free parking is available on the east side of the building. The entrance to the parking area can be accessed on the east from Oklahoma Avenue and on the west from the Broadway Extension service road. Handicapped spaces are available near the hospital entrance.

     

    Complimentary Valet Parking is available at the Main Entrance on the east side of the building, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm.

     
  4. How do I get my prescription refilled?

    To request refills, please call your pharmacy. Be sure to have your prescription number ready for the pharmacist. The pharmacy will contact your physician for authorization to refill the prescription. 

    We require 24 hours for telephone authorization for a refill, so please plan ahead when your supply is low. Have your pharmacy's telephone number available when you call the physician's office about a prescription concern.

    If you use a mail-order pharmacy, please have the name of the medication, strength, and how often you take it available when you call the physician's office to request a new prescription. 

     

     

  5. What if my treatment is not working?

    Your medical condition may require several visits or treatments before it is resolved. After your appointment, if your problem does not respond to treatment, or if your symptoms worsen, it is important to contact your physician for further instructions, even if it is not yet time for your follow-up visit.
