About Dr. Barrett

Dr. James Barrett provides skilled, non-surgical treatment for athletic and musculoskeletal injuries, and a comprehensive approach to the prevention, diagnosis and management of exercise-related injuries, disorders, dysfunctions and disease processes. His specialties include endurance medicine, ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures, concussion care and primary medicine. Dr. Barrett's practice includes three important components in patient care: completing an appropriate, thorough history and physical; development of an appropriate treatment plan; and the establishment of trust with all his patients. He is a native of Kansas, sports enthusiast and an avid traveler. Dr. Barrett and his wife, Barbara, have three adult children.
