About Dr. Estep

Dr. Randel Estep embraces his work in occupational medicine because his specialty is very unique and not mainstream in the medical community. As an occupational medicine physician, Dr. Estep uses tools of preventive medicine (primary, secondary and tertiary) to improve the health of a defined population of workers. He is highly trained in the complex return-to-work process, and advanced system of health monitoring that optimizes the time in which ill or injured workers can safely return to their current position. Dr. Estep thrives on interaction with his patients and the opportunity to spend time 'just talking' in order to get to know his patients as well as gain a better understanding of their issues. He is highly respected by his peers for his work and support of Oklahoma's workforce initiatives. Dr. Estep is one of the only certified, American Osteopathic Board of Preventitive Medicine, occupational health physicians in the state. He has four, active and athletic children and has coached numerous baseball teams throughout the years.
