About Dr. Woo

Dr. Woo provides comprehensive podiatric care with expertise in both surgical and conservative treatment of foot and ankle conditions. Her practice encompasses general foot and ankle pain, sports injuries, bunions, hammertoes, wound care and diabetic foot care. She integrates a patient-centered approach to develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize functional mobility, pain reduction, and long-term foot health. Dr. Woo emphasizes building strong rapport with her patients and understanding their personal goals to tailor the most appropriate care. Originally from Virginia, she earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University and completed her residency at McLaren Macomb Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. She is board certified in podiatric medicine and board qualified in foot and ankle surgery, and remains actively involved in advancing care standards in her field. Dr. Woo enjoys supporting patients of all ages to stay active and on their feet. Outside of the clinic, she and her husband, Dr. Tyler McGinnis, enjoy endurance running, including half and full marathons, and spending time cooking and baking together.
